Investments & Fees

Worker401k does not attempt to disguise fees or payments by including them in an Investment Option Operating Expense. There are no hidden revenue sharing or variable annuity wrap fees. All fees are transparent and obvious to any plan participant.

The Plan Sponsor is given the option of how to pay expenses. Generally, fees may be paid from the plan, participant accounts, or billed to the employer directly. Fees are billed on a quarterly basis.

Based on type, fees are either asset based and indexed, meaning total cost is reduced as a percentage of assets as plan balance increases, per participant based, or flat. The all-in cost of a plan is generally less than the national average for plans of similar size, while including more services.

By utilizing open architecture, virtually all funds available for retirement plans are available on Worker401k. This means there are no proprietary funds or requirements, thus truly allowing for the selection of the best investments for each plan.

Along with an open selection of funds, the following features are available:

  • Risk based allocation models
  • Qualified Default Investment Alternatives (QDIA)
  • Target Date Funds
  • Automatic rebalancing of participant accounts
  • Online investment fact sheets
  • 24 x 7 online and mobile account sccess

Regardless of plan size, funds are monitored and reviewed, and services are designed to help both the sponsor and participant.
